KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Jim Tittle has worked in South Florida since 1988, trying civil cases.  His practice has included all aspects of civil litigation, trials and appeals, as well as creating strategies and drafting to resolve litigation. 

 

His 38 years of experience include trials in State and Federal Court, real property lawsuits, commercial disputes, plaintiff and defense work as well as family law litigation. Mr. Tittle has been judicially and peer review rated as AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell each year since 1998.  He is a member of the State and Federal Bars of Florida, Georgia and North Carolina.  He has litigated cases to judgment throughout the south and eastern United States.
